PROSTO WIND POWER AND DZGN ENERGY RESOURCES TO PROVIDE POWER TO MULTIPLE ZAMBIAN HOSPITALS AND HEALTH FACILITIES

$250 Million US Dollar project will utilize its technology to Generate; Transmit and Distribute Electricity under the Presidential Renewable Energy Initiative

NUTLEY, NJ, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- “PROSTO WIND POWER” a US Technology Company will be providing its patented Turbine Wind Technology Systems to DZGN ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED under the recently signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). This partnership shall pro-vide multiple hospitals and health facilities with “Renewable Energy” in Zambia. The $250 Million US Dollar project will utilize its technology to Generate; Transmit and Distribute Electricity, as part of the (“Presidential Renewable Energy Initiative”).

“DZGN” is facilitating “The Presidential - Renewable Energy Independent Pow-er Plants (REIPPs) initiative” undersigned through The Ministry of Energy in Zambia. Through this cooperative effort, a befitting pillar for local content par-ticipation on the Project will be realized. Both the Private and Public sectors participants; including, but not limited to stakeholders’ namely: - Government Line Ministries | Parastatal(s); The “Regulator | Energy Regulatory Board (ERB)”; The “Utility Company | ZESCO Limited” and Zambia Development Agency (ZDA)will be the principal benefactors and beneficiaries of this initiative. “DZGN” and its affiliates, underpinning His Excellency, The President, Dr. Hakainde Hichilema’s vision to improve Private and Public Service Delivery em-powering the economy with its REIPPs. The Initiative is borne out of “Private Ini-tiated Investment Portfolio (PIIP) and participatory engagement in the “Renewa-ble Energy Sector” under the newly launched (“Electricity Open Access”) in Zambia. This Initiative is being implemented under the role of a Public - Private Partnership (PPP) with “PROSTO WIND POWER” & “DZGN” as principal Parties; alongside their respective affiliates under “Joint Venture Partnership” on one part and the Government of Zambia on the other part to deliver on said Initia-tive.

Under the Joint Venture participation by and between “PROSTO WIND POWER” and “DZGN”; the planned pragmatic implementation shall initially deliver 100MW to the public sectors. These IPPs will allot and allocate Energy to Health Facili-ties majorly level 1; 2 & 3 Hospitals in the Copperbelt – Province of Zambia. The initial build-out will have twenty megawatts (20MW) wind tower turbines de-livered, turnkey installed & commissioned by the third quarter of 2026. Not-withstanding, an incremental build-out reaching 100MW energy generation ca-pacity by the end of 2026.

Upon completion of the “PILOT – PROJECT” of 100MW; the joint venturers shall constitute to redeploy for the Countrywide delivery to all Health facilities requir-ing an excess of 1MW of Energy consumption and demand utilization. DZGN’s Engineering Estimated Design Matrix (EEDM) would prioritize delivery of ON and OFF Grid installations for all Hospitals @ Level 1; 2; 3 & 4.
